About the Role

SDI Services is hiring a Safety Director to lead company-wide safety programs across solar, drilling, and construction operations. This senior role oversees compliance, training, audits, and risk management while building a proactive culture of safety at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage SDI’s corporate safety program
• Conduct inspections, audits, and employee training
• Ensure OSHA and ISN compliance and reporting
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective measures
• Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies and insurance carriers
• Maintain safety documentation and communication processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of safety leadership experience (construction or industrial sectors)
• OSHA 30 certification required; CSP or equivalent preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
